Dr Jenna Clarke
Dr Jenna Clarke graduated from Cardiff University Medical School in 2013. She spent three and a half years working as a doctor in London before returning home to Wales and completing her GP training in 2018. Her interests in work are acute medicine and mental health. She is also a carer champion, acting as a voice for carers within the practice and is a point of contact for carer information
Dr Ian Harris
Dr Harris trained in UWCM Cardiff and qualified as a GP in 2000. He is practice lead for Epilepsy and clinical governance and undertakes Minor Surgery (including toenails) and all Joint/Soft tissue injections. He has a diploma in Occupational Health, policy and practice.
Dr Jerome Donagh
Dr Donagh qualified in 1988 and joined the practice in 1993. He specialises in COPD and diabetes. He additionally carries out work in these areas at the Prince of Wales Hospital. He enjoys music and exercise. He has been performing cosmetic enhancement techniques using Botox and Dermal Fillers for 15 years.
Dr Henry Shepherd
Dr Shepherd has worked at Oak tree surgery since 2012 and has been a partner since 2016. His interests include diabetes, smoking cessation, the care of nursing home residents patients and prescribing safety. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening and reading.
Dr Sherard Le Maitre
Qualified from University of the West Indies, trained in 2002 with the MB BS. Completed GP training in Bridgend also in 2002. His interests are GP training, Research and GP Out of Hours (OOH) services. He is a Clinical Director for Cardiff & Vale OOH services.
Dr Ian O’Connor
Dr O’Connor joined the practice in 1996. He is the lead GP for Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease, both within the practice and across the locality.
Dr Sophie Nelson
Dr Nelson graduated from Nottingham Medical School in 2006. She is the lead GP for Women’s Health, including contraception and HRT, and fits coils and implants at the practice. She is also is a GP Trainer
Dr Jan Kletta
Dr Kletta is originally from Kent, but he came to Wales to study medicine in 2004 and has stayed here ever since. He qualified as a GP in 2014 and has worked in Oak Tree since August. Dr Kletta has many interests including Sexual and Men’s Health and the Health of Older People, as well as joint & soft tissue injections
Dr Nia O’Doherty
Dr N O’Doherty graduated from Cardiff University in 2006. She has an interest in women's health, and takes an active role in our family planning services.
Dr Matthew Coulson
Dr Coulson graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2014 and has lived in Wales ever since. He has an interest in Care of the Elderly and ENT.
